Welcome to Nexus!

Nexus is the University of Auckland's Student Sustainability Group. We're a multidisciplinary organisation committed to Sustainable Development. We exist to bring students to the wider environmental, economic and social problems facing our world, and to work together to generate intelligent, visionary solutions to make our world a better place.

Nexus works mainly with students within the University, but welcomes anyone interested in working with us. We take a projects based approach to problems in an effort to give students real world experience in solving problems, while giving them an opportunity to test their ideas and learn new concepts and skills.

Nexus has strong partnerships with Local Government, private enterprises, other NGOs and various other organisations and individuals working on Sustainable Development,. Nexus gives interested members a phenomenal opportunity to work with these people and be a part of some great initiatives happening right here in Aotearoa New Zealand.
